An editorial interview created for Toronto Metropolitan University’s Office of Social Innovation. The piece transformed a detailed conversation into an accessible and engaging story while highlighting the interview subject’s experiences, work and community impact.
My contribution: Interview coordination, question development, transcription, writing, editing and image selection.

A published profile introducing my academic background, creative interests and professional goals as a member of Toronto Metropolitan University’s Master of Digital Media cohort. The feature highlights my experience in publishing, design, digital media and accessible storytelling.
In addition to being featured in the publication, I photographed the professional portraits used for every member of the cohort.

Lessons in the Making is a collaborative anthology exploring the uncertainty, personal growth and self-discovery that shape early adulthood. Through a collection of personal stories, the book reflects on identity, change, relationships and the lessons learned while navigating life in our twenties. The 80-page Kindle eBook was published on November 25, 2024.
My contribution: I co-authored the anthology and wrote “Growing Pains and Gains,” a personal story exploring the struggles, achievements and experiences that influence how we understand ourselves. Alongside my writing contribution, I independently managed the complete publishing process. I prepared the manuscript for release, coordinated the book’s content and production, formatted the eBook and published the final edition through Amazon Kindle Direct Publishing.

A digital graduation publication created to celebrate the graduating class and document their academic experiences, achievements and memories. The project brought together student profiles, written content and visual elements in a cohesive digital format.

A digital publication created as part of Toronto Metropolitan University’s Technical Association of the Graphic Arts (TAGA,) student chapter. The book showcases student research, technical communication, graphic arts and publication design through a professionally organized digital reading experience.

A two-part collection of long-form project articles documenting the research, design, fabrication, testing and development of interactive robots created for a Human–Robot Interaction course.
Kuromi Robot for the Bot Olympics
A detailed project retrospective following the development of a Kuromi-inspired robot created for a series of movement, obstacle-course and table-edge challenges. The article documents the robot’s visual concept, physical construction, Arduino programming, sensor testing, web-based controls, technical challenges and final performance.
My contribution: Visual concept development, physical design, foam-board construction, felt fabrication and assembly of the robot exterior.
A long-form case study documenting the development of Moody Melody, a My Melody-inspired emotional robot companion. The robot responds to a user’s proximity through changing LED animations, musical tones, heartbeat-like sounds and weather-responsive behaviours.
My contribution: Physical fabrication, development of the My Melody-inspired exterior and assembly of the character body.
